Lentil Quinoa Salad

From Vega:

1/4 cup minced onion
1/4 cup diced cucumber
1/4 cup diced carrot

1/2 cup diced pepper (we used yellow)
1/2 cup cooked lentils

Dressing:
2 tbsp lime juice
3 tbsp Vega Antioxidant Omega Oil Blend: http://bit.ly/NloErN
1 Garlic clove
1 tbsp mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
